FORTGROUP Launched a Premium Segment Real Estate Agency
FORTGROUP launched a new business line by opening a real estate agency Brilliant House. It provides a wide spectrum of services in premium real estate sector in Russia and abroad.
The agency was named Brilliant House in honor of the club house project, when FORTGROUP was an investor, a developer, and a sales agent. Successful implementation of this project in 2014 became the beginning of the company’s operation in the sector of premium residential real estate.
To present day, the agency has completed more than 200 transactions related to premium class real estate. Brilliant House agents cover all aspects of sales and acquisition of any real estate property: appraisal; selection of the best possible option for purchase; expert assistance during apartment inspection; preparation and inspection of documents; and full legal assistance during transactions.
