FORTGROUP Will Build a Sidewalk on the Section Blucher Avenue

300 metres

the length of the sidewalk, which FORTGROUP pads next to the "Europolis"

The company ASP «North-West» by the order of FORTGROUP began construction of the sidewalk on the even side of Marshal Blucher Avenue on the section from the Kushelevskaya road to the Polyustrovsky prospect - next to the TRK «Europolis», the flagship object of FORTGROUP in St. Petersburg.

The project of the 300-meter sidewalk was developed by "FortGroup Construction" LLC, a subsidiary of the holding company. Builders have to make asphalt concrete, frame for the pedestrian path with a curbstone, level the adjacent lawn, plant trees and bushes.

Construction is scheduled to finished on August 15 this year. On the new sidewalk, residents of new buildings located behind Kushelevskaya road can comfortably reach the TRK "Europolis", the metro station "Lesnaya", go to the stops of ground public transport.

The sidewalk will appear on the site of an unsuccessful ground path. Remind that in mid-May last year, an initiative group of residents of the Kalininsky district organized a demonstrative walking tour along it with baby carriages. The result of the action was an appeal on behalf of the initiative group of the citizens "Beautiful Petersburg" to the Administration of the Kalininsky district with a request to create a well-maintained pedestrian zone on this site. "These are just dusty and dirty trails, which are interrupted by very high border, which makes it difficult to move people with wheelchairs and bicyclists, not to mention low-mobility citizens," the appeal says.

In the Committee on transport infrastructure development of St. Petersburg, the appeal was answered that the reconstruction of the site is planned, but it will be carried out only within the framework of the capital repair of Blucher Avenue, the exact terms of which have not been determined. Having received such an answer, people turned to FORTGROUP. "Looked. Read . Heard. Way out will be find. I mean, we'll build a road, " the managing partner of the company Maxim Levchenko responded to the appeal on his Facebook page. As a result, FORTGROUP will build not just a pedestrian path, but an aesthetic well-maintained object with landscape meets the requirements for an accessible environment.
