FORTGROUP Finalized the Lease Agreement for the FORT Tower Business Center

Signing a lease agreement with FORTGROUP for 29.16 thousand square meters of office space  and 170 parking lots in the underground parking garage of the Class A Business Center FORT Tower to Gazprom subsidiaries became the biggest deal in 2016 on the market of commercial real estate in Saint Petersburg.

The move-in will occur after completion of the built-to-suit arrangement, which is based on a turn-key approach to construction. FORTGROUP, as a project developer, is responsible for preparation of the office and parking space for lease. FORTGROUP will also manage the business center via in-house operations department.

As a reminder, the leasable area of the FORT Tower Business Center comprises 30.8 thousand square meters. Gazprom departments will occupy the main part of the building, beginning with the second floor.  Six separate spaces on the first floor will be occupied by tenants representing retail and service companies. In particular, BUSHE Candy Store, Teremok and GENT  restaurants by Italy Group, and Grill Station by Aram Mnatsakanov. There will be a branch of the Gazprombank in the building. All tenants on the first floor will have separate entrances from Moskovsky Boulevard.
