The flagman FORTGROUP’s project in St. Petersburg was opened in 2014. Its architectural concept combines color of four European cities: Paris, London, Rome, Barcelona. Europolis is noticeable not only as the center of shopping, but also entertainments: there is the Russia's first family Angry Birds park, the complex is recognized as one of popular concert venues.

In 2015 the EUROPOLIS was received an award of CRE Saint Petersburg & Federal Awards in the Large Shopping Center nomination, and FORTGROUP was awarded for this project with the medal "Investor of the Year" for implementation of the best investment project in the consumer market. In 2017 the complex was entered into one hundred the best office and shopping centers of Russia.
